American City Capital Partners, LLC and its Affiliated Corporate Partners Investment Group (ACCPIG) is the Managing Partner of a special situation real estate family of funds.
ACCPIG products and services range from providing gap and short-term real estate mortgage financing to the development and financing of real property business ventures. Such situations may include hard money loans; quick close acquisitions; partner or equity buyouts; workouts and debtor-in-possession bankruptcy loans; off-balance sheet financing; equity cash-outs for appreciated assets or entities; foreclosure avoidance; gap equity or bridge loans; and discounted debt repurchases.
ACCPIG strives to provide its family of funds with superior risk-adjusted rates of return with relatively low volatility and little to no correlation to most major market indices. Our funds follow a multi-strategy approach that is often described by our industry professionals as either "market neutral" or "absolute return."
